Can Websites Be Sustainable?
2026-02-19: Sustainability has long been a focus at TypoConsult, which is why we have also published an article that explores the topic in greater depth. Not everyone associates the web with the climate agenda, but internet activity actually accounts for around 9% of total energy consumption (SIRI Commission, 2021). At TypoConsult, we have received awards for our dedicated work with sustainable web solutions, and in this article, we have gathered some of our key insights in an engaging overview. TYPO3 CMS as a Key Part of the German Government’s Digital Infrastructure
2026-01-29: At TYPO3.dk, TypoConsult has contributed to an article on the German government’s increasing use of TYPO3 CMS as a central component of its public digital infrastructure. The article highlights open source, digital sovereignty, and the strategic advantages of shared, scalable platforms in the public sector.

New Name, Logo, and Website Design
2025-08-25: TypoConsult had the pleasure of supporting the development and implementation of Spira Insurance’s (formerly Gartnernes Forsikring) new name, logo, and design. We have enjoyed a long-standing client–supplier relationship, and following a strategic process, we were invited to submit a proposal for the project. It has been an exciting journey, where we developed the creative and communication concept in collaboration with our partners Tom Olsen and Paul Clements.
Following this, we implemented and relaunched the website with the new design. During the implementation, we focused on accessibility to ensure the solution is easy to navigate for users with disabilities and visual impairments.
Congratulations to Spira Insurance! We are very pleased and proud of the result.
